CHICKEN MADELLAINE 
4 c. chicken, cooked or raw
2 cans water chestnuts (5 oz.) or 1 (8 oz.) can
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushrooms, sliced - use fresh ones if desired
1/2 c. milk or chicken broth
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Pepperidge Farms dressing cubes
3/4 c. melted butter

In pyrex dish, arrange chicken pieces. Add chestnuts (drained). Add celery, mayonnaise, mushrooms and liquid which have been mixed together.
