PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen Italian bread dough
1/2 lb. provolone cheese, med. thick slices
1/2 lb. sandwich pepperoni thinly sliced

Follow package directions for thawing and leavening bread, then on a well greased surface or an area sprayed with non-stick vegetable coating, work or roll dough into a rectangular shape. Then layer slices of cheese and pepperoni evenly on dough. Roll lengthwise, pinching dough together at ends to seal.

Place on greased pan with lip (pepperoni in bread will drip with juices). Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Last 5-10 minutes, brush top of bread with butter to enhance browning process. Blot bottom of bread with paper towel to absorb excessive juices. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting. Slice and enjoy.
