PARMESAN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts (remove skin and bones)
1 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (crushed)
1/2 cup Kraft parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 stick butter (melted)

Mix together crushed stuffing mix, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter and roll in stuffing mixture. Place in casserole and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes uncovered.
