MARSHMALLOW TREATS 
1/4 c. butter
7 to 10 oz. regular marshmallows or 3 c. miniature marshmallows
5 to 6 c. Rice Krispies

1. Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan. Add marshmallows and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat.

2. Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated.

3. Press warm mixture into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Cut into squares when cool.

Yield: 24 - 2 inch squares. NOTE: About 2 cups marshmallows cream may be substituted for marshmallows. Add to melted butter and cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Proceed as directed above.
