1 cup cut up cooked turkey or chicken
1/2 c frozen green peas
1/4 c sliced green onions
1/4 c dried cranberries
1/2 tsp salt, if desired
3 eggs
1 c prepared turkey stuffing
3/4 c Bisquick mix
1 1/4 c milk

Heat oven to 400°F. Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/4 inches). Mix turkey, peas, onions and cranberries in pie plate. Separate stuffing into small pieces on turkey mixture. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with hot turkey gravy, if desired.

Serves 6 to 8.
