MINT FRANGO 
1 c. butter, creamed
2 c. powdered sugar
4 sq. melted semi-sweet chocolate
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. peppermint extract
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, powdered sugar and semi-sweet chocolate with electric beater until light and fluffy. Add 3 large eggs beating constantly. Add 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract and 2 teaspoons vanilla. In bottom of cupcake cups or muffin tins, sprinkle vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs. Pour in chocolate mixture and add more crumbs on top. Put whipped cream on top and then freeze the dessert.
