CRUSTLESS CHEESE CAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Sprinkle with cinnamon

Beat softened cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, and 1 1/2 cups sugar until smooth. Pour into greased pan, 13 x 9 inch. Bake at 350 degrees. Take out of oven after 25 minutes and spread with mixture of sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon after removing from oven second time. Cake will puff up, then sink a little, don't over cook. Serve with cherry or any pie filling.
