GOLDEN APRICOT CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. apricot preserves
2 tsp. dry mustard
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese (made with part skim milk)
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

With sharp knife, cut pockets in chicken breasts. Stuff cheese in pockets. Top with sauce made from apricot preserves, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Bake in 325 degree oven uncovered for 60-65 minutes, basting as needed. Low cholesterol, low sodium.
