CORN FRITTERS 
1 c. creamed corn
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and egg, then add corn. Drop by spoonfuls into hot deep fryer (375 degrees). Fry until golden brown. Serve warm, covered with maple syrup.
