MADISON'S CRANBERRY PUMPKIN
BREAD
 
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin puree
1 c. vegetable oil
4 c. sugar
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 c. cranberries

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin puree and oil. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add cranberries and mix. Divide dough into 2 (8 x 4-inch) loaf pans.

Bake 50 minutes.
