1 pkg. Rosa Marina macaroni 2 (#2) cans crushed pineapple (20 oz.) 1 (#2) can fruit cocktail (17 oz.) 1 or 2 sm. cans mandarin oranges (11.9 oz.) 2 (9 oz.) containers Cool Whip Cook macaroni (4 quarts water) 17 minutes. Do not over cook. Drain thoroughly and cool. Strain fruit and save juice. Into fruit juice and add 3/4 cup sugar. Mix 3 tablespoons flour and 2 whole eggs. Bring to rolling boil. Cool. Mix macaroni with fruit juice mixture and let set overnight in refrigerator. Next day add fruit and Cool Whip; fold in. Serves approximately 25 or more. |
