2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (28 oz.) jar mince meat
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Generously grease and flour a 9 or 10 inch tube pan. Sift flour and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 1 hour and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
