PICANTE SAUCE 
12 c. chopped tomatoes (peeled)
1/2 c. chopped Jalapenos
3 c. chopped onions
3-4 pods minced garlic
6 tsp. salt
3 tsp. comino (cumin)
Sprinkle of paprika
1 c. vinegar or more

Put all in large kettle. Bring to a boil and simmer 5-10 minutes. Pour into sterilized pint jars and process in water bath 30 minutes.
