LAPLANDER CHOCOLATE ICING 
2 eggs
4 1/2 tbsp. cream
3 sqs. bitter chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar

Break eggs into a saucepan and beat slightly with a fork. "Add" remainder of ingredients and cook on high heat until mixture boils, stirring all the time. After icing has reached boiling point, boil one minute longer. Remove from heat, cool slightly and beat with beater until thick enough to spread (approximately 15 minutes). Good on cakes, white, yellow or chocolate.
