CRUNCHY PEA SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Zesty Italian dressing
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. peanuts, unsalted
6 strips crisply cooked bacon
1/4 c. chopped red onion

Combine dressings, mix well. Crumble bacon and add to other ingredients. Add more dressing just before serving if needed. Chill and serve. Can be made and chilled overnight. Pretty served in tomato cups.
