BLACK OATMEAL COOKIES (NO -
BAKE)
 
1 c. cocoa
4 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 c. peanut butter, creamy
2 tsp. vanilla
6 c. quick Quaker oats

Boil until thickened the cocoa, sugar, butter and milk (about 3 minutes). Add peanut butter and stir. Add vanilla, stir, then add the oats and stir well.

Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper and let cool. NOTE: These are great cookies and this recipe makes a lot. Make sure you have a lot of waxed paper spread out because the batter tends to harden quickly.
