HERB BLEND 
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. summer savory
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. mace
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients and store in jar with a tight fitting lid. Store in a cool place up to 6 months. Use as seasoning for meats and vegetables. Makes about 1/4 cup.
