DAD'S CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
) cans tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can tomato paste
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 env. chili seasoning mix

Brown the ground beef; drain off grease and add the rest of ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours. Season with chili powder and cayenne pepper to taste.

For extra spicy chili add 2 dried red chili peppers, crushed, before simmering. Makes 10 servings.
