RICE DRESSING 
4 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. chicken gizzards
1/2 c. onion, green peppers, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1/3 c. butter
Dash salt and pepper

Cook chicken gizzards until done, about 30 minutes. In large bowl add remaining ingredients. Stir. Bake in casserole dish 1 hour or until done.
