2 eggs
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick of butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Mix eggs, cake mix, melted butter, and nuts; put in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over mixture in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
