BARBECUED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of red pepper sauce
Lemon wedges

Place fish fillets in ungreased pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix catsup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, onion, salt and pepper sauce. Pour over fish; turn until both sides are cooked. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees until fish flakes easily with fork, 15-20 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with pan juices.
