QUICK TRIFLE 
8-inch round cake (more or less) or leftover cake
1 can fruit (mixed fruit)
2 or 3 tbsp. grape jelly
1/4 c. juice from canned fruit
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Break cake into pieces and put in fancy glass bowl. Drain canned fruit (saving 1/4 cup juice) and spread fruit over cake. Mix juice and grape jelly. Place juice/jelly mixture on cake by spoonfuls.

Make pudding according to package directions and pour over cake/fruit mixture. Chill. May be garnished with more fruit or whipped cream. Yield 6-8 servings.
