REDUCED CALORIE ALL-BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. raisins
2 c. All-Bran
1 1/4 c. skim milk
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl combine All-Bran cereal and skim milk. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg whites and oil; mix well. Add flour mixture and raisins, stirring only until combined.

Pour into muffin tins. Bake in 400 degree oven about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
