COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1/3 c. sugar
1 sm. can pimentos, chopped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. cream (whipped)
1 pkg. (1 1/2 c.) cottage cheese

Dissolve Jello, sugar and pineapple over heat and bring to boiling point. Set aside to cool, but do not harden. Add cottage cheese, pimentos and whipped cream. Put in serving bowl to harden or set.
