PARTY CHICKEN 
8 pieces deboned chicken breast
8 slices bacon
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sherry

Cover bottom of greased baking dish with chipped beef. Wrap each piece chicken with strip bacon. Place in baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream and sherry. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice.
