CRANBERRY NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. water or milk

Mix all together and spread in 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Spread with 2/3 cup whole cranberry sauce. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 9 servings. Use confectionery sugar icing, if desired.
