CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 sticks butter, softened
6 eggs
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

With mixer, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Blend in flour and vanilla. Spoon into a tube or bundt pan and place in a cold oven. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. (Do not open oven door until done.)
