3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten egg yolks
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. milk
2 beaten egg whites

Mix sugar, butter, flour and beaten egg yolks well. Add juice of 1 lemon and rind, milk and beaten egg whites. Stir altogether and bake in a pan set in water in the oven at 325 degrees. Bake until you can insert knife and comes out clean. Cool and serve.
