LINGUINI AND BASIL 
16 oz. pkg. linguini
7 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/3 (.5 oz.) bag basil leaves, chopped
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
Pepper (to taste)

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. When onion is translucent, add tomatoes and saute lightly. Boil linguini as per package directions. Toss tomato mixture, basil, salt and pepper into drained linguini. Serve hot or cold. Serves 8.
