FANCY FAST CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. white cooking wine
2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 stick butter
Mushrooms (optional)

Place chicken breasts in bottom of pan; cover each with a slice of Swiss cheese. Mix soup and wine together and pour over top of breasts. Top with stuffing and then the 1 stick of butter, melted. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.

Optional: 1 can sliced mushrooms may be added over the cheese slices.
