EASY STIR FRY VEGETABLES 
2 med. carrots
1 med. onion
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1/2 c. peeled sliced celery
3 tbsp. salad or olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

Cut carrots into matchstick size pieces. Thinly slice onion and cut broccoli into 2 inch pieces. Put 3 tablespoons oil in 12 inch skillet over high heat. Add carrots, onion, broccoli and celery. Cook approximately 3-4 minutes. Add salt, sugar and mushrooms including liquid. Cover and cook 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
