COCOA BROWNIES 
4 egg whites
1/2 c. Puritan oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil bottom of 9 x 9 pan. Set aside. Place egg whites in a large bowl. Beat with spoon until frothy. Add oil and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees or 25-26 minutes. Avoid over baking. Cool completely before cutting.
