CARAMEL PUFFS 
1 bag caramels
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. condensed milk
1 bag large marshmallows
1 lb. salted nuts, chopped

Melt first 3 ingredients in double boiler. With toothpick, roll marshmallows in caramel and then nuts.

I used 1 1/2 bags caramels, 3/4 cup butter, 1 can condensed milk and almost 2 pounds nuts.
