CORN FLAKES MACAROONS 
3 egg whites
Dash of salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. coconut
3 c. corn flakes

Beat egg white and salt until soft peaks form, add sugar, beating constantly. When mixture is stiff, fold in coconut and corn flakes. Drop on greased sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove immediately from cookie sheet.
