PARSLEYED SALT POTATOES 
24 oz. baby white potatoes
½ cup salt
8 tbsp. butter
1 heaping tbsp. parsley

Place potatoes in pot Cover with water, ½ inch over the potatoes Add salt Bring to rolling boil; boil for ten minutes Cover and remove from heat Melt butter in the microwave; add parsley Drain potatoes; return to pot Pour butter & parsley mixture over the potatoes and stir gently. Transfer to bowl and serve
