CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken or 6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 box herb stuffing

Cook chicken, cool and remove meat from bones. Reserve broth. Mix together all ingredients except stuffing and pour into a casserole dish. Top with herb stuffing that has been moistened with 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 more minutes.
