CHICKEN & SPAGHETTI 
3 hens
1/2 lb. butter
3 lg. bell peppers
1 button garlic
3 cans tomato paste
1 can chili powder
Salt
3 lbs. cheese, grated
8 pkgs. spaghetti
3 lg. onions
1 stalk celery
6 cans tomatoes
1 bottle catsup
1 Lea & Perrins Sauce
3 cans pimentos

Saute the onions, celery, bell peppers and garlic in butter. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, catsup, chili powder and Lea & Perrins sauce. Simmer. Add the chicken that has been removed from the bone and cut up into pieces. Next, add the spaghetti that has been cooked in the chicken broth. Last, add the pimentos. Serve with grated cheese. For 60 people. Can be frozen.
