CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (save 2 tbsp. for topping)

Melt butter and mix in flour and nuts. Pat into a greased 8 x 10 x 2 inch pan (up the sides and the bottom). Mixture will be soft. Bake in a 350 degree oven until slightly tan, about 20 minutes on the middle rack. Cool completely. 1 c. powdered sugar 1/2 of a 16 oz. container Cool Whip

Mix this all together. Spread onto cool crust.

Prepare as on package less 1/2 cup milk. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remainder of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons walnuts. Enjoy!!!!
