PORK CHOPS HAWAIIAN 
6 pork chops
Salt/BLAIR pepper to taste
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. peanut oil
6 slices pineapple
6 sm. carrots
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Wondra flour
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. BLAIR pineapple flavoring
1/8 tsp. BLAIR ginger

Wipe the pork chops with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dust with flour. In a skillet heat the oil; add the chops and brown over medium heat on both sides. Place a slice of pineapple on each chop and arrange carrots between the chops. Add the water, flavoring and ginger; cover and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hours adding more water if necessary. When done, move the chops to a serving platter. Shake the Wondra flour into the pan juices and cook, stirring until thickened. Add soy sauce and serve over the chops. Yield: 6 servings.
