HAMBURGER FLUFFS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 slices bread
1/2 lg. onion, minced
1 whole egg
1 c. evaporated milk
Pinch of marjoram

Soak bread in milk, mix all ingredients together, cover bowl. Let stand in refrigerator for a few hours. (I let mine set overnight.) Form into small balls and brown in cooking oil (olive oil). Do not over crowd. These may be cooked at once but the secret of fluffy texture is in waiting, it is best to roll the meat with two teaspoons instead of your hands.

Pick meat up in spoon and mash it with the other spoon to form a ball. Use your favorite sauce and spaghetti.
