SKINNY SOUP 
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 onion, diced
4 stalks celery, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
6 c. hot water
6 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
Sm. head cabbage, chopped

Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Add tomato juice, onion, celery and cabbage to bouillon stock. Bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer until vegetables are tender and soup is at the consistency desired. Salt and pepper to taste.
