1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature Color & flavor as desired 2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar Granulated sugar Beat cream cheese until soft. Add color and flavor. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar. Knead until consistency of pie dough. Pinch of small piece. Roll in granulated sugar. Press into mold. Remove excess and unmold at once onto waxed paper. Makes 40-50 mints. |
