CREAMED POTATOES AND PEAS 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. cubed cooked new potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Blend in flour and salt. Add milk. Stir and cook until thick and bubbly. Add cooked potatoes and cooked peas. Heat through. Serve. You may pour some melted butter over the top just before serving and garnish with a little chopped pimento.
