CHILI CON QUESO 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. solid tomatoes, drained
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Combine and simmer above ingredients except cheese for 15 minutes. Add 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cooking until melted. Serve with taco chips.
