PICKLED CUCUMBERS 
12 c. sliced cucumbers
2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. sliced onions
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. celery seed
4 tbsp. salt
4 c. granulated sugar

Mix sugar, vinegar, water and salt until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Put in gallon jar and refrigerate 1 week before eating.
