MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. carton sm. curd cottage cheese

In large bowl, mix softened Cool Whip and dry orange Jello. Then add drained cans of oranges and pineapple and add cottage cheese. Mix all together well and put in serving bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
