MOLASSES CINNAMON GINGER COOKIES 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. molasses
2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
2 beaten eggs
6 c. flour

Heat butter, molasses, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, soda, salt, water to the boiling point. Remove from stove and beat. Add two beaten eggs and 6 cup flour. Chill overnight. Roll out and cut into desired shapes. Roll thin for gingersnaps and thick for soft cookies.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 8 minutes.
