BAKED ACORN SQUASH 
3 acorn squash
1/2 c. chopped nuts
6 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tsp. butter

Microwave for 2-3 minutes for easier cutting. Scoop out seeds. Fill halves with nuts, sugar and butter. Return to microwave for 8 minutes.

For dieters: Use butter and dill instead of brown sugar and nuts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
