TOFFEE BARS 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
Saltines
12 oz. chocolate chips
Chopped nuts

Line a jelly roll pan with tin foil and cover bottom with saltines.

Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil. Boil 3 minutes, then pour over saltines. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

Take out of oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. When soft, spread evenly over toffee. Sprinkle on chopped nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour, then cut and peel off tin foil.
