GERMAN POTATO SALAD (HOT) 
6 sm. potatoes, cooked
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. flour
6 pieces crisp bacon, crumbled
1 tsp. salt (optional)
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. sugar
Tops of green onions or chives

Add vinegar, sugar and water, and salt to sliced potatoes, crisp bacon and several tablespoons bacon drippings. Add flour and stir until hot - add onion greens and parsley - stir gently to avoid breaking potatoes.
